1. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. To secure certain bookings, we may require credit card details or a deposit.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We enforce a strict cancellation policy to respect the time of both our clients and our staff:

• No Cancellations: Once an appointment is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, you must do so exclusively by calling Royal Divine Positano directly at 39 334 28 40 408.
• Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so or failure to show up (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

3. Product Purchases

Our exclusive skincare and beauty products are available for purchase directly at our physical salon location.

• We do not currently offer online shipping for products through this website.
• All product sales at the salon are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective items, accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.

4. Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full price of the service will still apply.

5. Health and Safety

For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies at the time of booking or before your treatment begins. Royal Divine Positano reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for a client's health condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Royal Divine Positano and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Royal Divine Positano is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit to the salon. Furthermore, Royal Divine Positano is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments or products if relevant health information was withheld by the client.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
